Hair Care Tips
We all love to have healthy hair. No matter whether it is short or long.
General Tips
- Water is important for healthy skin and as well as for hair, so drink lots of water.
- While washing the hair, do not use hot water. This may dry the scalp. So use either lukewarm water or cold water. A good conditioner shampoo or herbal shampoo can be used for washing. While drying hair, leave it to dry naturally. If using hair drier keep it at a distance, maximum avoid using hair driers.
- Always tie your hair only after drying. Because wet hair may develop dandruff. It also accumulates dirt.
- Use big teeth comb. Comb your hair starting from the top of the head and run through the hair downwards. Keep seperate combs for everyone in the family. Always have tangle free hair.
Tangles
If you have more tangles after wash, better comb your hair neatly using some hair oil before washing and then shampoo your hair.
You can also apply baby oil for removing tangles in hair. Rub a few drops of baby oil on the tangles and then use a big teeth comb through the knots.

If you take Channa Dhal (Black or white) twice or thrice in a week, this will also control hair fall.
Taking two or three servings of fruits and vegetables will supply the required nutrients to the hair and control hair fall.
Onion is also good for hair. If you have small onions, grind it and apply to the roots of hair. This too controls hair fall.
