Acne Treatment
Acne developes due to hormonal changes in the teen age. This can be controlled if we take a little care.
- Do not use pins on acne or pimples. This may cause infection and it leaves marks on face.
- Always wash your face three or four times a day with lukewarn water.
- Use some herbal soaps or Gram flour and Masoor dhal powder for washing.
- Take steam bath for face daily, because it controls oil in the face and removes inner dirt. This also kills the bacteria thus preventing pimples or acne.
- Do not change the soap, use any one without more chemicals or oil.
- If you put makeup always clean your face in the night. Do not sleep with makeup.
- If you are at home do not use any cream or makeup. Leave the skin to be natural. Because over use of makeup items may also damage the skin and it makes acne worse.
- For oily skin always have light makeup.
- Drink 5 to 6 cups of water. Take more fruits and vegetables.
- Do not take more chocolates or oil items.
If you have a symptom of pimple apply some tooth paste on it. This will control the pimple. If you have more pimples or acne this does not apply.
